Weekly Meal Plan 3/21/10 - 3/27/10


We both have many weeks of stock up items so be sure to look over each recipe for any additional items you may need to purchase. We hope you enjoy these recipes and we would love to hear any comments you may have. Enjoy!

Sunday:

Grilled Pork Loin With Bacon - 17140 - Recipezaar

Grilled Potatoes
1 lb. Potatoes, sliced
1 small onion diced
3 tbs. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in foil, fold up so all sides are sealed and place on grill 45 min to an hour.

Monday:

Spaghetti and Meatballs from Tammy's Recipes

Fresh Bread

Tuesday:

Pork Quesadillas
Leftover Pork Loin from Sunday, chopped
Shredded Cheese
Flour Tortillas
Fresh Guacamole (Avocados and a McCormic Guacamole Mix)
Sour Cream

Top Tortillas with chopped pork and shredded cheese, fold over. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven until pork is heated and cheese is melted. Top with fresh guacamole and sour cream.

Refried Beans

Tostitos and Salsa

Wednesday:

Cobb Salad from Relish

Thursday:

Hot Dogs
cut the recipe in half - it will make more than enough

Sliced Apples

Friday:

Tilapia Parmesan - Recipezaar

Vegetable of your choice

Rice

Saturday:

Hamburgers

Oven Steak Fries - Rachael Ray

Left over Cobb Salad
